LakeHouse Cove Amenities Center Moves Towards Late Summer Opening

  The incredible Amenities Center at LakeHouse Cove is moving along with more elements opening in late Summer. To date the pickleball courts and the boathouse with kayak storage are complete, the Fitness Center is now in drywall and the shell for the resort pool has been completed. When completed the Amenities Center will include: • Resort-style pool and spa • Fitness Center • Clubhouse  (now under construction) • Pickleball and bocce courts • Lakehouse for events • Kayak launch and storage • Event lawn and play areas • 2 dog parks The Amenities Center is located along the shores of Kingfisher Lake, a short walk from the Lee Wetherington Homes models at LakeHouse Cove. In addition to the Amenities Center, site work for the exciting, new Waterside Place is now underway. Waterside Place is a mixed-use town center that will include a Performing Arts Center, shops, restaurants, and parks. The project is scheduled to open in early 2021.
