The 2021 Parade of Homes – What You Might’ve Missed
From February 20th to March 14th, homeowners were invited to get a firsthand look at the new Suncoast housing market in the annual 2021 Parade of Homes. This year’s premier event featured 90 models, nine communities and three developments throughout Manatee and Sarasota counties. We proudly showcased two of our “Inspiration Homes” and invited guests to explore our quality craftsmanship.
We opened the front doors to opportunity and welcomed prospective residents to the Magnolia at Cypress Glen and the Mainstay in LakeHouse Cove at Waterside. Little did they know, our models were also assessed and ranked for quality by the Building Industry Association. Our team was ecstatic to find out that we received SEVEN awards for our showcased models.
