A short note of thanks for the gift certificate to the Capital Grill (and the steak knives). We finally made it to dinner there Tuesday evening and had a wonderful time with friends celebrating our new home.

We also want to take this opportunity to thank you and the entire Lee Wetherington team for the work that went into building our beautiful new home. Over several years of vacationing in Siesta Key we researched many builders and looked at many new and existing homes in Lakewood Ranch. In the final analysis we determined that LWH was a quality company that we could trust to build our retirement home while we were still located in Cincinnati. The quality of workmanship, attention to detail and most importantly the LWH people we interacted with were top notch and gave us confidence that we would not be disappointed with the finished product. Our judgment was correct.

From the initial engagement with Dennis in the model homes, the selections process with Amy, the pool design with Todd, the landscape work by Joe and ArtisTree, the smile from Amanda when she would greet us in the office, and the weekly construction progress updates from Sara and now Chris; every interaction was professional, informative and we always felt that LWH had our best interest in mind.

This is our 7th house and 10th move and we hope this is our last! The LWH team made it a great experience.
