LakeHouse Cove Amenities Center Underway

The fabulous, lakeside Amenities Center at LakeHouse Cove is now under construction, with the projected opening in mid-2019. In addition to the site preparation, the Boathouse and the Fitness Center are now underway. When completed the Amenities Center will include:

• • Pickleball and bocce courts
• • Lakehouse for events
• • Kayak launch and covered storage
• • Event lawn and play areas
• • 2 dog parks

The Amenities Center is a short walk from the Lee Wetherington Homes models at LakeHouse Cove. Be sure to see the Galleon model, which is available for immediate occupancy.
