The annual Parade of Homes, which ran Feb. 19 to March 13, gave Suncoast homeowners and homebuyers the chance to experience breathtaking design trends and tour a wide variety of stylish floor plans available in the region’s growing market! This year’s premier event, hosted by the Manatee-Sarasota Building Industry Association, featured 76 models and four fine communities and developments across Sarasota and Manatee counties. In particular, the team at Lee Wetherington Homes showcased two “Inspiration Homes” – models that display our array of capabilities in creating the custom homes we construct – and invited guests to tour these spectacular builds during the parade!
