Two New Models Added at Cypress Glen at River Wilderness

Cypress Glen at River Wilderness is an enclave of 47 homes priced from the high $300s within a private, country club community with homes designed for empty nesters that want the luxury of a custom home, but don’t need extra bedrooms. 

Lee Wetherington Homes has expanded the selection with two new models – the Live Oak and the Royal Palm.  Both offer six architectural styles and well-appointed kitchens that flow into Great Rooms for easy entertaining.

The Royal Palm is a 3-bedroom, 3-bath plan with 2,350 square feet of living space.  It includes a den that can be converted to a fourth bedroom.   Space is allocated where empty nesters want it – in the primary bedroom and in the Kitchen/Great Room for easy entertaining.  There’s also a covered outdoor living area.

The Live Oak has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and a den, with 1,969 square feet.  The primary bedroom features a huge walk-in closet, tray ceiling in the sleeping area and an oversized shower.  The kitchen has an island and a walk-in pantry.  As with the Royal Palm, there’s a huge covered outdoor living area.

River Wilderness is a gated community with a championship golf course, 27,000-square-foot Clubhouse, Tennis and Aquatic Center and full social calendar.  The community is about 10 minutes from Lakewood Ranch.
