On Thursday, March 1st, the Manatee-Sarasota Building Industry Association announced the 2018 Parade of Homes winners at its annual awards gala. Lee Wetherington Homes was a big winner, receiving an unprecedented 19 awards.
To level the playing field, Parade homes are placed into categories by price range, enabling buyers to see the best home they can purchase at their price point. Lee Wetherington participated in four categories and won Best Overall for three. These awards further establish Lee Wetherington Homes as the leading luxury homebuilder in the Sarasota/Manatee area.

The San Mateo Model won the following awards:

• Best primary bedroom
