Magnolia-by-Lee-Wetherington

Construction has started on the Magnolia model in the private community of Cypress Glen at River Wilderness. As the exclusive builder for this premier community, we’re excited to have broken ground on this beautiful residence and are looking forward to providing tours when the model is completed in early 2019.

The Magnolia Model from Lee Wetherington Homes

Boasting 2,017 square feet of living space, the Magnolia features two bedrooms plus an optional third bedroom or den, as well as a spacious dining area, luxurious great room, two baths, a “Florida basement” for storage, and a two-car garage. The open, flowing floor plan seamlessly blends its elegant interior with outstanding outdoor living spaces that overlook the resort-style pool.

Like all of the five home designs available in this community, the Magnolia allows homebuyers to choose from among six exterior architectural options: two Neo-Classical, two Coastal, a French Country plan, or a West Indies design.

The Magnolia also comes with impact windows and sliding glass doors in addition to many exquisite architectural details such as niches, step ceilings, and disappearing corners, as well as a creative mixture of wood, stone, glass, quartz, and granite finishes.

Cypress Glen at River Wilderness

Clubhouse At River Wildernesss.Nestled within the gates of the prestigious River Wilderness Golf & Country Club in Parrish, Florida, Cypress Glen at River Wilderness offers only 47 homesites — 25 with a lakefront setting — making it an exclusive enclave of maintenance-free luxury homes.

With so few homesites available, the interest list is growing quickly and significantly according to CEO Gregg Carlson. “We designed Cypress Glen for empty-nesters and others who want a smaller home but don’t want to skimp on amenities. Our buyers have welcomed this approach,” he said. “Cypress Glen provides privacy, natural beauty, and the country-club lifestyle offered within River Wilderness Golf & Country Club.”

Members of the Club can also enjoy the 18-hole, par-72 championship golf course designed by well-known course architect Ted McAnlis, in addition to the 27,000-square-foot clubhouse, tennis courts, social activities, and so much more.
