New Lee Wetherington Homes’s headquarters building site work is progressing
The construction site for the new 15,000-square-foot LWH headquarters building has been cleared on Fruitville Road about 1.5 miles east of I-75. Work is now underway on the building.
When completed Lee Wetherington’s Design Center and administrative staff will be located on the second floor. The first floor will be leased to other tenants. Occupancy is scheduled for mid 2020.
“It’s a great location for our staff as we expand the Lee Wetherington brand north and south of the Sarasota market,” said Gregg Carlson, CEO of Lee Wetherington Homes. “It provides easy access to I-75 for our team, and for our buyers who will be visiting the Design Center to make selections for their new homes.”
The building features a contemporary design, with large glass panels and a 2-story lobby. It was designed by Hoyt Architects of Sarasota.
