The Lee Wetherington team recently completed a $1 million-plus dream home for a young family on the owner’s oversized homesite in Panther Ridge, a luxury community east of Lakewood Ranch on US 70.

The owner had several features they wanted to include in their new home, including a huge covered lanai for entertaining family and friends. They also wanted elaborate wood moldings and ceiling details, chandeliers throughout the home and a top-of-the-line kitchen with wine cellar, gas cooktop, custom cabinetry and a large island.

The Lee Wetherington design and construction team worked hand-in-hand with the owner to create a custom plan that satisfied all of their wants and needs.   Luxury finishes and interior appointments were selected in the Design Center, with the help of Lee Wetherington’s head designer Amy Baldwin-Smith.
