We’re Adding to the Sales Team in Preparation for Three New Communities

As we prepare to open three new communities, we’re welcoming one of the top-ranking salespeople in Florida to the Lee Wetherington Homes’ family. We’re proud to announce Florida real estate veteran Alyson Byrne has joined the sales team at The Concession. For the past three years, Byrne has ranked among the top 10 in sales volume in Florida, having sold a total of almost $36 million in new homes during that time. She has a unique talent that helps her understand what each homebuyer wants, and has proven an ability to help them find the right home to fit their needs. Over the next few months, we will be welcoming more additions to the team as we prepare for model openings at The Lake Club in Lakewood Ranch, The Islands on the Manatee River and LakeHouse Cove at Waterside, a new community on the Sarasota side of Lakewood Ranch.
